Restaurants
Otres Beach is still the quiet, hard to get to beach, but it's started to boom this season.  Otres Nautica has a restaurant and all kinds of boats for rent (you drive, sail, paddle, or captain yourself).  Cantina, famous in Phnom Penh, has also opened a Mexican restaurant on the beach.

Sihanoukville is a pleasant resort town on the shores of the Gulf of Thailand. Victory Beach, Independence Beach, Serendipity Beach are all attractive beaches. But if you can do with just basic accommodation head to the more secluded and tranquil Occheuteal and Otres Beach for the ultimate relaxation experience. Another plus is the delicious sea food prepared by many family businesses along the coast.
